Norwegian Speaking Digital Chat Specialist 100% Non-Voice & Remote

Location: 100% Remote (Must be resident in or relocating to Greece)
Channel Focus: 100% Non-Voice (Live Chat Digital Messaging & Email)

Provide High-Touch Text Support from Anywhere in Greece

We are seeking a detail-oriented Norwegian-speaking Digital Chat Specialist for a 100% remote position within the Greek this strictly non-voice role you will handle zero phone calls managing digital messaging live chats and email communications for global brands. Enjoy the absolute freedom of remote living anywhere in Greece while building a professional corporate career under the Mediterranean sun.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Multitasking: Manage multiple simultaneous live chat sessions and digital messaging threads in Norwegian with speed clarity and precision.
  • Written Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries regarding order tracking account management subscription updates and billing through text-based channels.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Guide users through app settings password resets and platform navigation using clear step-by-step written instructions.
  • Brand Voice: Maintain a friendly empathetic and professional tone in all written communications upholding the high standards of the brand.
  • CRM Logging: Accurately update customer details chat records and ticket statuses in modern internal databases.

Requirements

  • Language: Native or C2-level Norwegian with flawless written grammar and professional proficiency in English (B2/C1).
  • Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
  • Home Office: A quiet workspace with a high-speed stable internet connection (full corporate PC hardware external monitors and accessories provided and shipped to your door).
  • Skills: Fast and accurate typing skills strong multitasking abilities and comfort navigating multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
