Your Responsibilities

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Dutch via inbound phone chat and email
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
• Follow established processes procedures and scripts
• Maintain a positive helpful and customer-focused approach

Requirements

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• English B2 or higher
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a structured fast-paced environment

Training & Development

You will receive fully paid training before starting the role followed by a dedicated nesting period to help you transition smoothly into the position.

Regular training sessions refreshers and cross-skilling opportunities will allow you to continuously develop your customer service product knowledge and sales support skills.
