Portfolio Strategy Office Specialist

The Portfolio Strategy Office Specialist supports the optimization and execution of strategic initiatives and business plans across portfolios. The role contributes to strategic analysis, data-driven decision-making, and the coordination of initiatives that enhance portfolio value and efficiency.

Main Accountabilities

• Assists in analyzing portfolio performance data to identify operational trends, variances, and risks.
• Supports the execution of portfolio management strategies and strategic initiatives.
• Prepares routine and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing portfolio insights for management review.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders to gather data and align operational activities with strategic targets.
• Provides analytical and quantitative support for portfolio optimization, restructurings, and evaluation of new projects.
• Tracks daily/monthly KPIs and metrics to monitor overall performance against established strategic goals.
• Assists in the implementation and documentation of Credit & Litigation Policies per Investor / Portfolio.

Requirements

Education, Experience and Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA) considered an asset.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Banking or related industry
• Experience in Non-Performing Exposures (NPE/NPL) or financial services sector is considered a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and computer literacy, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SQL, statistical analysis tools (R, Python, etc.), or visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau) is considered an asset.
• Solid understanding of portfolio management concepts, key performance indicators (KPIs), SLAs, and strategic performance evaluation.
