We are looking for a Czech & English-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service team in Greece.
You will provide professional customer support in Czech and English assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
For candidates relocating to Greece:
Candidates relocating from abroad are generally required to work on-site for the first 3 months. An exception may apply to candidates who already have accommodation in Greece and a confirmed stable internet connection.
After the required on-site/training period eligible employees may transition to remote work from within Greece.
Candidates already based in Greece may be assessed individually regarding work-from-home possibilities.
Please note: Candidates relocating from abroad are expected to arrive in Athens approximately 7 days before their start date to complete the hiring process. Employees who relocate are generally required to work on-site during the initial 3 months unless they already have permanent accommodation in Greece together with a confirmed internet connection after which remote work can be arranged.
