React Developer

As a React Developer you will:

• Contribute to the front-end architecture and technical direction across projects helping build scalable maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with and support cross-functional development teams sharing knowledge mentoring colleagues and contributing to a strong engineering culture.
• Act as a technical point of reference for React and front-end technologies promoting best practices clean code and consistent engineering standards.
• Work closely with architects product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust and practical technical solutions.
• Design and develop high-performance secure and scalable web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Follow and contribute to coding standards CI/CD practices testing strategies and modern development methodologies.
• Identify technical challenges and risks early contributing to effective solutions and mitigation strategies.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and tools helping evaluate and introduce improvements where they add value.
• Take ownership of delivering project milestones while maintaining high standards of quality performance and reliability.
• Contribute to technical discussions and decision-making helping shape solutions and improve engineering practices across the team.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 4 years of professional experience in front-end development with strong hands-on expertise in .
• Strong command of modern JavaScript/TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 and responsive web development.
• Solid understanding of front-end architecture state management component design and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of web application architecture RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD Git testing and modern front-end build and development tools.
• Experience working in Agile development environments collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of technical solutions contribute to engineering decisions and support less experienced team members.
