Key Responsibilities

• Create visual assets (static and motion) as well as video and photo productions that elevate the client's brand and support campaign objectives and business goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative ideas under the guidance of the Creative Director.
• Manage, mentor, and empower direct reports while overseeing their performance and professional development.
• Adapt and refine creative assets based on client feedback, ensuring alignment with the agreed creative direction and objectives.
• Deliver the best possible creative outcome in the most commercially effective and profitable way for the company.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and proactively inform the Creative Director, Account Lead, Production, or any other relevant stakeholders as early as possible if deadlines cannot be met.
• Accurately track and record the time spent by the Art Director and the design team on each task in Wrike.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging visual approaches, technologies, and new creative tools.
• Standardize and continuously improve the design function's production processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, quality, and scalability across deliverables.

Contribution Areas

• Contribute to and help shape the strategic and creative plan for the client.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and improve internal creative and design processes.
• Support video and photo productions, including script development, captions, and other creative production requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Art Direction, Creative Design, or a related role, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, visual direction, and high-quality execution across digital, social, video, and photo.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing creative teams.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, design, photography, motion, and current creative trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present and defend creative work.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Commercial mindset, balancing creative quality with timelines, resources, and profitability.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and relevant creative tools; familiarity with AI and emerging creative technologies is a plus.
