About the role
As a Reservations Agent, you will be at the forefront of the guest journey, turning every booking request into a smooth and professional introduction to our hospitality experience. Your role blends accuracy, communication, and service excellence — ensuring each reservation reflects the high standards of ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts.
Working closely with Front Office, Sales, and Hotel Operations teams, you will contribute to seamless coordination and guest satisfaction across our properties.
