At TechBiz Global we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are seeking a Construction Project Planner to join our client’s team in Athens, supporting the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of infrastructure and construction projects.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and work programs.
Support project teams in planning, progress monitoring, and schedule reporting activities.
Update project schedules and track project performance against established baselines.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and planning-related documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to collect and verify project progress data.
Identify schedule deviations and support the development of recovery and mitigation plans.
Participate in project control and planning meetings.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of planning and scheduling activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
1–3 years of professional experience in project planning, project controls, construction, or engineering projects.
Working knowledge of MS Project is required.
Familiarity with Primavera P6 will be considered a strong asset.
Understanding of project scheduling principles and construction project lifecycles.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent command of both Greek and English languages (written and spoken).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop within a professional project controls environment.
