Commercial Planning Specialist, Greece

We are currently seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Commercial Planning Specialist to join our In Home business. Reporting to the Shopper Marketing Lead Greece you will drive profitable growth across our retail customers by developing customer activation plans forecasting promotional volumes managing trade investments and identifying opportunities to achieve business targets.

Working closely with Sales Finance Marketing and Supply Chain teams you will ensure customer plans forecasts and trade activities are aligned with business objectives and deliver volume profitability and return on investment. Leveraging data shopper insights and commercial analysis you will proactively identify opportunities and risks to support business performance and informed decision-making.

Specifically in this role you will be responsible for:

Trade Activation Planning

• Develop promotional calendars for key retail customers aligned with brand priorities and commercial objectives.
• Review and plan promotional mechanics pricing activities and customer-specific activation initiatives evaluating historical performance seasonality and shopper purchasing patterns.
• Ensure optimal deployment of trade investments across customers and categories
• Identify commercial opportunities and propose activation plans to ensure targets achievement.

Commercial Planning & Sell-In Forecasting

• Lead sell-in promo forecasting processes in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
• Overview accurate customer-level volume forecasts per SKU category and promotional activity through internal commercial planning tool.
• Manage volume baselines promotional uplifts customer phasing and new product launch forecasts.
• Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budget rolling processes.

For this role as a Commercial Planning Specialist were looking for someone who has the following skills and experience :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience in Commercial Planning Trade Marketing Shopper Marketing Category Management Sales Operations or a similar commercial role.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to support customer target delivery through effective planning and execution.
• Experience in forecasting promotional planning trade investment management and customer performance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using commercial planning forecasting or reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales Marketing Finance and Supply Chain teams.
