Role Overview: As a Travel Customer Agent , you’ll assist customers throughout their travel experience, from making bookings to handling changes and unexpected situations. You’ll provide support through chat, email, and other digital channels, answering travel-related questions and finding effective solutions to ensure customers receive reliable and professional assistance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer support through chat, email, and other digital communication channels. Assist customers with booking, modifying, or cancelling flights, accommodation, transportation, and other travel services. Provide accurate information regarding itineraries, baggage allowances, travel requirements, policies, refunds, and other travel-related inquiries. Help customers with payment-related concerns, account requests, and loyalty or membership programs. Assist travelers during disruptions such as flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, and missed connections. Assess customer situations and provide appropriate solutions while escalating more complex cases when required. Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems. Coordinate with internal departments, airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to resolve customer issues effectively. Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, response times, and resolution rates. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, destinations, policies, procedures, and industry developments through ongoing training and learning.
