Join Ballys Intralot as a Systems Engineer!

Your Role: As a Systems Engineer at Ballys Intralot you will take a key role in managing Linux Systems within the dynamic gaming industry!

Heres what youll be doing:

• Install configure maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of systems and services

• Participate in the design implementation and support of IT infrastructure

• Configure storage servers fabric switches and systems Microsoft servers (Cluster Services File Services Active directory Services Certificate Authority services) Virtual Infrastructure (VMware Hyper-V) and backup systems

• Deploy new operating systems and features middle ware applications as well as provide enhancements to existing applications and software

• Support and maintain modern IT infrastructure including cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Interact and negotiate with vendors outsourcers and contractors to secure system-related products and services

Job requirements

To thrive in this role you should meet these qualifications:

• University/College Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or relevant technology field.

• 3-5 years of IT-related experience.

• Excellent experience in development systems implementation and applications

• Good Knowledge of OS (LINUX AIX Kubernetes) especially:

1. Linux System administration (RHEL and derivates Ubuntu)

2. UNIX System administration (AIX)

3. Container and Container orchestration platform administration (Docker Kubernetes).

• Experience with systems planning security principles and general software management best practices

• Experience in ticketing systems (Jira)

• Excellent command of the Greek & English language both written and spoken.
