Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent

About the Position We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to join a dynamic customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support through inbound calls and emails while helping resolve customer service and basic technical issues. The role also includes opportunities to contribute to customer retention, cross-selling, and upselling, with potential for cross-training into premium support services. Requirements Native-level or C1 proficiency in Portuguese B2 level proficiency in English At least 1 year of experience in customer care or technical support, preferably in the technology sector Strong verbal and written communication skills Advanced PC knowledge, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android Basic understanding of firewalls, antivirus products, and security Comfortable using various internet applications and digital tools Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Ability to adapt quickly and work with multiple tools and processes Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and emails and provide frontline customer support Assist customers with basic technical issues and troubleshooting Support customers with purchases, downloads, installations, and product activations Use remote support tools when required Handle customer retention cases and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities Manage approximately 25 customer contacts per day Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and other support tools Escalate complex issues when necessary Continuously develop product and technical knowledge Ready for your next career opportunity?
