Requirements
Fluent or native-level in Italian Good English communication skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills Comfortable using computers and basic technology tools Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude Ability to work independently in a remote environment Previous customer support, troubleshooting, or customer service experience Experience working in contact centre, BPO, retail, hospitality, or support environments Experience using CRM systems or customer service tools
