Η Circet Hellas αναζητά FTTH Back Office Support Administrator για την υποστήριξη έργων ανάπτυξης δικτύων Οπτικών Ινών (FTTH) Β’ και Γ’ Φάσης.
📍 Τοποθεσία: Γέρακας Αττικής
💼 Τύπος Απασχόλησης: Πλήρης Απασχόληση
• Υποστήριξη των καθημερινών back-office διαδικασιών έργων FTTH
• Συντονισμός και παρακολούθηση ραντεβού αυτοψιών, κατασκευών και εργασιών πεδίου
• Ενημέρωση και διαχείριση πληροφοριακών συστημάτων και εργαλείων παρακολούθησης έργων
• Υποστήριξη στη διαχείριση φακέλων πιστοποίησης εργασιών
• Υποστήριξη στη διαχείριση και τον έλεγχο σχεδίων As-Built και τεχνικής τεκμηρίωσης
• Παρακολούθηση εκκρεμοτήτων και ενημέρωση των σχετικών ομάδων για την πορεία των εργασιών
• Συνεργασία με μηχανικούς, συνεργεία πεδίου, υπεργολάβους και εσωτερικές ομάδες
Requirements
• Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ ή ΙΕΚ σε Τηλεπικοινωνίες, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Μηχανική ή συναφή κατεύθυνση
• Επιθυμητή εμπειρία 1-2 ετών σε τηλεπικοινωνιακά έργα ή σε θέση Back Office Support
• Εξοικείωση με έργα FTTH θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα
• Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office (ιδιαίτερα Excel)
• Εμπειρία στη χρήση πληροφοριακών συστημάτων τηλεπικοινωνιακών έργων θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
• Οργανωτικότητα, συνέπεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
• Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας
• Ιδανικά κάτοικος Γέρακα και γύρω περιοχών
