• Dataaccuracyandrecordmanagement:Validatedatamaintainaccuraterecords andupdatedatabasesanddocumentationinlinewithprocedures.

• Issueidentificationandescalation:Identifyerrorsorgapsescalateforresolution andfollowagreedtaskprocesses.

• Stakeholdersupportandcommunication:Workwithteamsandstakeholderstoaddressqueriesupdates andcommunicateopenitemsclearly.

• Operationalexecution:Supportadministrativeworkdocumentationmanagement andcycle-basedtasksas.

• JointBusinessRelationshipoperationssupport:CoordinateJBRrequeststrackqueriesandinputsupdatestatuses andsupporttimelyprocesscompletion.

• JBRdocumentationandinformationcoordination:Collectorganize andcheckJBRdocumentationincludingbusinessinputsformsapprovals andcorrespondence.

• Salesforceandprocessmonitoringsupport:MonitorJBRrecordsandrefreshesfollowuponinputs andtrackstatuswithrelevantstakeholders.

• Process adherence and improvement:Follow workflows and controlsidentifyroutine issues and suggest practical improvements.

What you bring matters

• BachelororMasterdegreepreferablyinBusinessAdministrationManagementFinanceEconomicsorarelatedfield.

• 1 to 3 years ofelevantoperational administrative or shared services experience

• Abilitytofollowstructuredprocesseswithstrongattentiontodetail.

• Comfortableworkingwithdatareportsspreadsheetsrecords anddocumentation.

• Understandingofoperationalworkflowsprocedures andcontrols.

• FamiliaritywithJointBusinessRelationshipprocessesand exposure to SAP salesforce or other enterprisesystemswill be considered valuable.

• Excellentcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills.

• Abilitytoprioritizetasksmanagedeadlines andtakeownershipofassignedresponsibilities.
