Job Description:
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates. Your main duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting clients and candidates with their recruitment needs and providing information about our services
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience
- Identifying and escalating any issues or concerns to the appropriate department
- Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
