German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Greece (Work From Home)

Work from home in Greece using your German every day. Hybrid : 1300€ / Remote : 1200€ x 14.

What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be provide customer support via phone, chat, and other communication channels, assist customers with orders, deliveries, account inquiries, and general platform-related questions, identify customer needs and provide accurate, efficient, and personalized solutions, build strong customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions, follow internal procedures, quality standards, and communication guidelines, and meet individual and team performance targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will also handle collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

What you'll earn

Hybrid : 1300€ / Remote : 1200€ x 14

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
