Day to day you will be handle transactions and payment-related inquiries (refunds, manual charges, locating payments, etc.). Support the onboarding process of new B2B customers. Update and maintain merchants’ information in the database. Ensure premium customer experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally. Work with multiple software tools to manage cases efficiently. Provide clear, accurate, and professional communication to clients.

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
The package covers full-time, permanent contract with stable working hours (Monday–Friday: 09:00–17:00 or 10:30–18:30). Paid training (3 weeks + 2 weeks nesting period with progressive targets). Monthly performance bonus scheme (up to 12% when overachieving). Private life & health insurance from day one (including eyecare and dental). Free access to a corporate gym. To help you make the move: relocation, cash bonus: 100€ in Meal Voucher Visa, card after the completion of 1 month. 4 weeks paid, and airbnb accommodation. Assistance with finding your permanent accommodation. Assistance social and tax registrations. Reimbursement up to 486€ for fees and visa costs. Reimbursement of flight ticket (up to 300€) and transportation from airport (up to 50€).
