Η Hatzi Filax Group, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της που δραστηριοποιείται στο χρηματοοικονομικό και ασφαλιστικό κλάδο, αναζητά IT Support Specialist για την υποστήριξη των τελικών χρηστών και των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων της εταιρείας.
Η θέση απαιτεί έναν οργανωμένο και επικοινωνιακό επαγγελματία με εμπειρία στην τεχνική υποστήριξη, ο/η οποίος/α θα διασφαλίζει την ομαλή καθημερινή λειτουργία του IT περιβάλλοντος, παρέχοντας υποστήριξη σε hardware, software, δίκτυα και εταιρικά συστήματα ERP. (π.χ. Workday, Workable, SAP, HRIS).
Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα συνεργάζεται στενά με τους εσωτερικούς χρήστες και την ομάδα IT, αναλαμβάνοντας την άμεση διαχείριση τεχνικών ζητημάτων και συμβάλλοντας στην αποτελεσματική λειτουργία των συστημάτων της εταιρείας.
