What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be review and moderate online content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines, investigate user reports and identify policy violations when necessary, handle customer support interactions via chat, email, and outbound communication depending on the workflow, maintain high levels of accuracy and quality while working with sensitive information, escalate complex cases and collaborate with internal teams when required, contribute to improving the overall safety and integrity of the platform, and adapt to different workflows and responsibilities based on business needs.
