Day to day you will be managing customer requests via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about vehicle models, services, and features, offering expert support and roadside assistance when needed, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner, collaborating with your team to continuously improve service standards, promoting a positive customer experience and building brand loyalty, and supporting clients with empathy, clarity, and expert communication.
1029.00€ x 14 year + free accomodation
Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
