Day to day you will be handle customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and back-office tasks, provide accurate and timely information regarding customer inquiries, deliver a high-quality customer experience with a professional and empathetic approach, build trust with customers through clear and effective communication, maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, follow internal procedures and ensure compliance, especially when handling sensitive data, and meet individual and team performance targets.
You will also handle collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
1400€ base
Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
The package covers full-time, on-site position in Athens, Greece, working schedule: Monday to Saturday between 09:00 – 21:00 (rotational shifts during ramp phase), competitive salary with performance-based bonus, sign-on bonus paid in stages after joining Meal vouchers Monthly allowances, anniversary and project bonuses, paid training (including onboarding and nesting period), international and multicultural work environment, and career growth opportunities within a global organization.
To help you make the move: relocation, cash bonus: 100€ in Meal Voucher Visa, card after the completion of 1 month. 4 weeks paid, airbnb accommodation. Reimbursement of flight ticket (up to 300€) and transportation from airport (up to 50€). Notes: Extra, and benefit -€100 meal voucher from Gefsinus per month Mon–Sat 09:00–21:00.
