Αναζητούμε έναν/μία French-speaking Customer Support Specialist για να ενταχθεί σε ένα project εξυπηρέτησης πελατών σχετικό με τον τομέα της τεχνολογίας στην Ελλάδα.
Στον ρόλο αυτό θα υποστηρίζετε γαλλόφωνους πελάτες θα απαντάτε στις ερωτήσεις τους θα τους καθοδηγείτε σε απλά τεχνικά ζητήματα και θα συμβάλλετε στη διασφάλιση μιας ομαλής και θετικής εμπειρίας εξυπηρέτησης.
Οι υποψήφιοι μπορούν είτε να βρίσκονται ήδη στην Ελλάδα είτε να είναι διαθέσιμοι για μετεγκατάσταση. Παρέχεται υποστήριξη μετεγκατάστασης σε επιλέξιμους υποψηφίους.

Οι υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να μιλούν άπταιστα Γαλλικά και Αγγλικά και είτε να βρίσκονται ήδη στην Ελλάδα είτε να διαθέτουν διαβατήριο χώρας της ΕΕ και να είναι διαθέσιμοι για μετεγκατάσταση.
