DANISH-SPEAKING CUSTOMER EXPERT (ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE) (Please read carefully: Only candidates meeting language, location, shift availability, and relocation eligibility criteria will be considered.) KEY REQUIREMENTS & CONDITIONS (Must-Haves): Languages: C1 or native-level proficiency in Danish AND B2 level English proficiency (essential for training, CRM usage, and handling escalations). Location & Work-at-Home (WAH): If Relocating: Remote work must be based in Athens, Greece (to attend initial on-site training/nesting and periodic workshops at facilities in Piraeus). If Local: Remote work can be anywhere in Greece. Work Model: Remote-first (Includes an initial 2-week on-site nesting period in Athens, followed by periodic visits, audits, and workshops for 4-5 days every 2-3 months). Schedule & Shifts: Rotating 24/7 shifts covering 00:00–23:30, Monday to Friday including occasional weekends (approx. one weekend per month and one night shift per week). Be prepared for seasonal volume peaks, especially in winter. EU Relocation Policy: Candidates from outside the European Union (e.g., Latin America) will not be considered unless they already have a flight booked prior to starting the recruitment process. Base Salary: 1,300 EUR gross/month (monthly basis, no annual rate). Contract: 8-month contract with high potential for extension. FULL RELOCATION PACKAGE (Within the EU): Flight ticket provided (inside the EU). Airport pickup. 2 weeks of hotel accommodation. Real estate agency fee covered to assist with securing permanent housing. BONUSES, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Productivity Bonus: Up to 100 EUR gross per month based on target achievement. Clear KPI Metrics: Performance evaluated transparently through SLA, ABR, Dispatch time, AHT, CS case Processing time, and QA score. THE ROLE & CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Support customers of one of the world's largest commercial vehicle and truck manufacturers: Roadside Assistance (~92% of role): Handle incoming calls and emails regarding commercial vehicle/truck breakdowns (flat tires, engine failures, etc.). Analyze issues, verify coverage, create cases in the CRM, and dispatch solutions (technicians, dealer roadside repairs, or towing to authorized service dealers/preferred locations). Customer Service (~8% of role): Manage inquiries and complaints covering products, sales, service, and corporate information. Volume & Pace: Manage 40–60 calls per day with an average handling time of 5–10 minutes using multiple internal systems. CANDIDATE PROFILE: Strong PC literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications. Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with minimum 85% accuracy. Basic understanding of roadside assistance procedures for motor vehicles. Desirable: Previous experience in a call center, email/ticket processing, roadside dispatching, or working with structured knowledge management systems.
