This role is fully focused on delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for end users. What you'll do Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat Handle inquiries related to services, billing, contracts, and general account support Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers step by step toward resolution Clearly explain products, services, and procedures in a customer-friendly way Resolve complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution Accurately document all interactions in internal systems Follow established processes, quality standards, and data protection guidelines Contribute to a positive customer experience through empathy, clarity, and professionalism What we're looking for Native or C1 level French (spoken and written) English at B2 level for training and internal communication Previous experience in customer service or call center support is an advantage Strong communication and active listening skills Customer-oriented mindset with a calm and solution-focused approach Basic computer skills and confidence using digital tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured environment Salary 1045.72€€ x 14 year Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
