These teams handle guest-facing support (booking issues, cancellations, questions, problem resolution) via phone, email, and chat. It’s high-volume guest support, not hotel/partner support.our client is a global customer-experience outsourcing company providing contact-centre, tech-support, sales, and digital CX services for major brands worldwide. They run large multilingual service operations across 20+ countries. Training period - 3 weeks What we're looking for Native or fluent Czech/Slovak (C1/C2) and good English (B2+) Customer-facing experience (customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar) Excellent communication skills and positive, service-oriented attitude Good computer literacy and ability to learn CRM tools quickly Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends if required) Salary 1300 EUR per month (x14 salaries) (gross) Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
