What the job actually involves Day to day you will be handle transactions and payment-related inquiries (refunds, manual charges, locating payments, etc.). Support the onboarding process of new B2B customers. Update and maintain merchants’ information in the database. Ensure premium customer experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally. Work with multiple software tools to manage cases efficiently. Provide clear, accurate, and professional communication to clients. What you'll earn 1450€ x 14 Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
