As What you'll do Managing customer requests via phone, email, and chat Providing accurate information about vehicle models, services, and features Offering expert support and roadside assistance when needed Handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner Collaborating with your team to continuously improve service standards Promoting a positive customer experience and building brand loyalty Supporting clients with empathy, clarity, and expert communication What we're looking for Fluency in Danish (C2 level) and good English communication skills (B2 or above) A genuine interest in the automotive industry is a strong advantage Previous experience in customer service (min. 6 months preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple requests Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and systems Positive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn Salary 1029.00€ x 14 year + free accomodation Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
