People and Culture Executive

We’re seeking for a process driven and people focused person to join our HR team as a People and Culture Executive, to help shape how we support, grow, and engage our teams across our operations in Europe!

About this role

We are looking for an People and Culture Executive who will play a key role in strengthening our people operations. This role is ideal for someone who is up for hands-on HR work, thrives in structured process management, enjoys creating a positive environment, and believes working with others is just the way to go. You will oversee core HR functions, support company-wide initiatives, and help ensure that employees across all locations have a clear, organised, and positive experience.

You will work closely with the CPO and the leadership team on people-related initiatives, contributing to a strong culture and a consistent employee experience.

Responsibilities

Recruitment:

• Manage sourcing, shortlisting, and phone screening
• Coordinate hiring steps, candidate communications, and overall candidate experience
• Keep recruitment pipelines organised and up to date

Onboarding & Offboarding:

• Lead the onboarding experience for new joiners, ensuring a smooth, well-prepared, and welcoming introduction to the company
• Manage documentation, access setup, preparation, and process updates for both onboarding and offboarding

HR Operations:

• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Support HR systems (HRIS) and prepare basic HR reports
• Ensure data consistency across HR tools and processes

Employee Experience:

• Coordinate internal events and company-wide HR initiatives
• Run employee surveys, analyse results, and present actionable insights and recommendations
• Contribute to eNPS, employer branding, and engagement activities
  

Manager & Performance Support:

• Support the launch and follow-up of performance and feedback cycles
• Assist managers with HR processes and day-to-day employee matters
• Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices
  

HR Process Improvement:

• Refine and document HR workflows, tools, and procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and clarity across HR operations

Front Office and Receipts Management: 10% estimate of total time.

• Cover for Front Office Executive when on leave.
• Handle incoming mail and deliveries
• Receive payments and accurately document transations from partners and collaboratos.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in HR or admin roles, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, internal communications, HR operations, and event organisation
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High attention to detail when handling HR documentation, contracts, and HR systems
• Clear, professional communication and confidence working with managers and employees
• Proactive mindset, open personality, strong ownership, and reliable follow-through
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
