Italian-Speaking Customer Service RepresentativeAthens, GreeceContract: Permanent, Full-TimeStart Date: 9 OctoberLanguage: ItalianWork Model: On-siteAbout the RoleWe are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Athens, Greece.In this role, you will provide excellent customer support across phone, email and chat, helping customers with their questions and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, accurately and efficiently.If you are customer-focused, enjoy solving problems and are looking for an exciting opportunity to relocate to Athens, we would love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent customer service via phone, email and chatResearch and respond to customer enquiries accurately and within agreed timeframesUse internal documentation and resources to resolve customer issuesEscalate unresolved or priority cases to the appropriate teamsAccurately document customer interactions in line with company proceduresIdentify and communicate recurring customer issuesMeet quality, KPI and company policy standardsCollaborate effectively with colleagues and other departmentsAttend training sessions and follow all company policies and proceduresWorking Hours5 days per week8 hours per dayRotating scheduleMonday–Friday: 10:00–22:00Saturday: 10:00–18:00On-site position in AthensSalary & Benefits€1,150 gross per month × 14 salaries€65 gross/month transportation allowance€85 net/month meal vouchers on an Edenred cardPrivate health and life insuranceRelocation package providedBirthday leaveGym membership discountOngoing training and professional developmentRelocation to AthensWe provide relocation assistance to support successful candidates moving to Athens.
