Are you a driven sales professional who loves building lasting client relationships Were looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of clients drive retention and expansion and hit revenue targets in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Achieve individual revenue targets renewals products services & upsells
Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory
Provide accurate weekly monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
Develop strong product & technical knowledge to assess customer needs
Proactively promote products and services to drive retention & expansion
Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long-term adoption
Use data insights to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities
Address customer concerns and remove obstacles impacting satisfaction
Handle objections effectively to retain customers and win new business
Manage a high volume of phone and email interactions daily
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Native or near-native French fluent English (B2 minimum)
Proven experience achieving individual or team sales targets
Strong communication skills in fast-paced customer-focused settings
Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools technology & data
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers
