We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing complex accounting activities ensuring accurate financial reporting. This position offers the opportunity to take on increasing responsibilities and contribute to the development of the accounting function.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting cycle including general ledger journal entries reconciliations and reporting.

• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare tax declarations and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.

• Assist with external and internal audit processes.

• Support the implementation and improvement of accounting policies and internal controls.

• Provide guidance and day-to-day support to junior accounting staff.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.

• Masters degree will be considered an advantage.

• Valid Class A Accountant License (A Class License) is mandatory.

• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience preferably in a senior accounting role.

• Proven experience in preparing complete financial statements.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS local tax legislation and accounting best practices.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Fluency in English both written and spoken.

• Professional certifications (e.g. ACCA CPA ACA) will be considered an asset.
