Technical Pre-Sales and Bidding Specialist

Ballys Intralot is looking for a Presales & Bidding Specialist within our Presales & Bidding team. Your role will be to craft high quality compelling and compliant bid responses that clearly present our Companys value proposition. You will transform complex technical and business information into structured persuasive proposals that effectively align with customer requirements and evaluation criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Involved in the bid preparation process for selected accounts ensuring responses are well-structured accurate and aligned with customer specifications.

• Develop persuasive content for RFPs/ RFIs ensuring compliance with customer requirements and highlighting companys value proposition with the goal of securing winning bids.

• Support bid managers in coordinating contributions from a variety of functions and teams including sales/account management marketing product management finance legal and technical teams as well as subcontractors and other 3rd parties

• Maintain and enhance the proposal content library by re-writing/ editing proposal responses re-working on existing content or writing additional content to address new customer needs etc.

• Develop and maintain domain expertise in relevant industry-related fields (i.e. gaming platforms player account management infrastructure and telecoms implementation services operational services).

Job requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Engineering Computer Science Informatics or related field (Masters preferred).

• 1-3 years of experience in bid writing proposal development or technical writing within a presales or bidding environment.

• Familiarity with public procurement processes and compliance frameworks.

• Understanding of hardware & software procurement system architectures and IT solutions.

• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to structure complex information into clear persuasive proposals.

• Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.

• Fluency in Greek & English both written and spoken.

  In accordance with applicable pay transparency requirements the salary range indicated reflects the expected compensation band for the role. The final offer shall be determined following a comprehensive evaluation of the candidates experience qualifications skills and overall contribution to the role and may where appropriately justified be positioned outside the stated range in alignment with internal pay equity market conditions according to the Companys payroll procedures and applicable legal requirements.
