IT Project Manager (Agile / Scrum)

Are you a seasoned IT professional with expertise in project management? Join us in Athens or work remotely, and become part of our team as a IT Project Manager. You'll play a crucial role in the life-cycle of Agile software implementation and maintenance projects, coordinating and communicating effectively to ensure successful project delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate, supervise and plan project activities
• Compile and provide activity reports to the client
• Monitor project dependencies, effort, tasks, resources and timescales
• Report and manage issues and problems, and ensure the overall quality of the project
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and events, remove impediments, protect and keep focused the team
• Coach and keep focused the team on delivering story points and fulfilling the sprint goals
• Remove impediments to the ability of the team to deliver timely the sprint goal, facilitate communication across all directions, and collaborate with the PO

Requirements

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, IT Project Management, or related field;
• At minimum 2 years experience in Agile Project Management for e-Government projects;
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum or SAFe frameworks;
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps platforms;
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Certifications on AgilePM, PSM I, PMP or equivalent will be considered an asset.
