📊 Digital Account Manager (German-speaking) 🇩🇪 🌍 Now partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company! 📍 Athens, Greece | 🏢 On-site (Hybrid after 6 months) | ⏰ Full-time Are you a results-driven relationship-builder with a passion for digital advertising? 📈 We're looking for a Digital Account Manager to build strong client relationships, drive advertising performance, and unlock growth opportunities — combining account management, digital ad expertise, and commercial focus to help clients hit their business goals. 🎯 📋 Duties & Responsibilities 👉 Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals 👉 Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to spot growth opportunities 👉 Collect and share client feedback to drive continuous improvement 👉 Manage client communications, resolve issues, ensure high satisfaction 👉 Research client objectives, industry trends & market developments for strategic recommendations 👉 Present tailored digital advertising solutions & optimization strategies 👉 Identify upsell and performance improvement opportunities 👉 Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting & account documentation 👉 Share insights and campaign performance feedback with internal teams 👉 Resolve day-to-day challenges impacting campaign delivery or revenue 👉 Consistently achieve or exceed revenue & performance targets 🏆 ✅ Requirements 🔹 Native/fluent German (C1), fluent English (B2+ minimum) 🔹 2+ years' experience in telesales, inside sales, outbound sales, or account management 🔹 Proven track record managing client relationships & hitting sales targets 🔹 Hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads (certifications a plus) 💻 🔹 Experience with CRM systems — Salesforce or Dynamics 365 🔹 Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills 🔹 Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities 🔹 Highly organized, goal-oriented, able to juggle multiple accounts 🎁 Benefits 🏥 Private life and health insurance 💪 Free access to corporate gym facilities 👶 Fixed working hours of your choice for mothers with children up to 2 years old ✈️ Relocation support ✨ And many more! 📩 Ready to grow your career in digital advertising and account management?
