Mid-Level Business Analyst — Banking Sector

About the Role
We are looking for Mid-Level Business Analysts to join a large-scale project governance and delivery engagement within the banking sector.
The selected professionals will support business analysis activities across multiple concurrent projects, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, support delivery activities and contribute to successful project execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for Business Analysts with solid experience who want to work on high-impact banking projects in a structured, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze and document business requirements using structured business analysis techniques
Prepare and maintain key deliverables, including Business Requirements Documents, user stories, process flows, test scenarios, process manuals and mockups where needed
Ensure that all deliverables are clear, consistent, traceable and aligned with project objectives
Support User Acceptance Testing and overall project delivery activities
Work concurrently across multiple projects, depending on complexity and business priorities
Collaborate closely with business users, IT teams, project managers and other Business Analysts
Act as a trusted partner to both business and technology stakeholders, challenging assumptions constructively when needed
Perform gap analysis between current and future-state processes
Support process modeling activities using BPMN or equivalent methodologies
Share knowledge and best practices across teams and project domains
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
Previous experience in banking, financial services or large-scale enterprise projects will be considered an advantage
Familiarity with project lifecycle phases, either in Agile or Waterfall environments
Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, documentation, process mapping, gap analysis and business scenario preparation
Experience in preparing BRDs, user stories, test scenarios and process documentation
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work across multiple concurrent projects
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills
Fluency in English
Greek language skills will be considered an advantage
