Key Job Details Position: Customer Service & Claims Agent (SquareTrade Project) Location: Athens, Greece (On-site) Contract: 8-Month Contract Schedule: Monday to Friday (including occasional weekends) Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 10:00 and 23:00 Working Model: On-site What You Will Do Provide empathetic, high-quality frontline customer support and claims management across phone and chat. Process new and existing claims, issue approvals or denials, and coordinate repairs/replacements for electronics and household appliances. Answer inquiries regarding warranty coverage, policy terms, and product details in plain, easy-to-understand language. Log complaints immediately, acknowledge them within 24 hours, and aim for efficient first-time resolution. Maintain complete and compliant case records in CRM systems (Salesforce) while adhering strictly to GDPR guidelines. Participate in continuous learning and root-cause analysis to help elevate service standards. Requirements Language Skills: Native or near-native level in Swedish (C1 level minimum). Communication Skills: Clear, empathetic listening and questioning techniques with a solution-oriented mindset. Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating tech ecosystems (Windows, Android, Chrome OS), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and specialized claims systems. Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM with 85%+ accuracy. Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Core Strengths: Ability to remain calm under pressure, strong multitasking capabilities, and a keen eye for regulatory compliance.
