Key Responsibilities: Create and publish engaging job advertisements across multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Source, approach, and screen candidates using recruitment platforms, networking, and direct-search techniques. Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit, and contribute to the preparation of qualified shortlists for clients. Support the recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing through placement, working closely with more experienced members of the team. Develop strong relationships with candidates and client companies, gaining a clear understanding of their needs and expectations. Ensure a positive candidate experience by preparing candidates for interviews, providing timely feedback, and guiding them throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records using the company’s digital tools and systems. Qualifications: 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in recruitment, human resources, customer service, or sales. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field will be considered an asset. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proactive, confident, results-oriented, and energetic personality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Fluency in Greek and a good command of English. Familiarity with MS Office and confidence in using and learning digital tools.
