🚀 Sales Development Representative (Dutch) 🇳🇱 🌍 Now partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company! 📍 Athens, Greece | 🏢 Hybrid (on-site first 5 months, then 3 days office/2 days home) | ⏰ Full-time | 💰 Base salary Are you a driven B2B sales professional ready to own the top of the funnel? 📈 We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to engage prospects, build a strong pipeline, and qualify high-value opportunities in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment! 💻 📋 Duties & Responsibilities 👉 Manage high-volume inbound & outbound B2B sales activities across the full sales funnel 👉 Engage prospects daily via video calls, phone, email & social media outreach 🎥 (video meetings are the core focus!) 👉 Identify and approach alternative decision-makers using various tools & lead gen methods 👉 Build, manage and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline 👉 Qualify leads and hand over high-quality opportunities to the onboarding team 👉 Track and report on daily, monthly & quarterly KPIs in line with sales targets 🎯 👉 Ensure adherence to response time SLAs and defined sales cadences 👉 Accurately document all interactions and activities in the CRM system ✅ Requirements 🔹 Native/fluent Dutch, good command of English (B2 minimum) 🔹 1-2 years' experience in sales, lead generation, or business development 🔹 Experience in tech or digital advertising environment strongly preferred 🔹 Strong understanding of sales funnel, lead qualification & outreach strategies 🔹 Confident conducting client-facing video calls daily 🎥 🔹 Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) 🔹 Strong organizational skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment 🔹 Comfortable in performance-driven, target-oriented roles 🔹 Digital advertising knowledge considered an advantage 🎁 Benefits 💰 Competitive salary package & additional monthly project bonus 🏆 Quarterly performance bonus (based on target achievement) 🏥 Private health and life insurance (incl. dental & eyecare) after 3 months 💪 Corporate gym access 👶 Flexible working hours option for parents with young children ✈️ Relocation support ✨ And many more! 📩 Ready to kickstart your B2B sales career in a tech-driven environment?
