Dutch speaking Customer Representative

Position: Customer Service Representative 1500 EUR per month (x14 salaries)+50 EUR meal allowance Performance bonus (4-11% after training period) Extra payment and Sunday & public holidays work as well shifts extending after 10 PM! Location: Athens, Greece Work model: On-site, 100% (possibility of Work From Home upon finalizing 3 week onsite training) Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle all incoming contacts from clients / guests Serve as the main point of contact via telephone, ensuring efficient call handling and clear, professional communication. Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues Act as a key focal point for our leading accommodation partners by answering basic questions & queries about rooms modifications, rates and/or availability, extranet tooling usage, etc. Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times as well as a positive experience for our partners. REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Dutch & fluent in English (at least B2 level), both oral and written Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity Ability to cover morning, weekend and afternoon shifts on rotation with colleagues Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice Working schedule: shift rotation, Monday to Sunday, from 09 AM - 12 AM (midnight). 2 days off per week.
