Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Languages: Portuguese & English
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
Working Hours: 09:00–17:00
Join an international team dedicated to maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive online environment for millions of users.
As a Portuguese-speaking Agent, you will combine content moderation and customer support responsibilities, reviewing user-generated content, enforcing platform policies, investigating user reports, and assisting users through chat, email, and outbound calls.
This dynamic role also offers opportunities to work across different workflows, develop new skills, and progress within the organization.
Some workflows may involve reviewing sensitive or disturbing online content. Dedicated well-being resources and support are available to help employees manage the nature of the role.
