As an Agent you will be a crucial part of our customer support team providing exceptional service for a renowned brand. This role involves offering frontline support across two key areas: Customer Care & Technical Support and a leading home-appliances brand Remote Assistance. You will engage with customers via inbound phone and email addressing a wide range of inquiries from basic troubleshooting and appliance setup to arranging service appointments and assisting with spare parts. For a leading home-appliances brand Remote Assistance you will specialize in advanced technical troubleshooting utilizing video calls and remote diagnostic software to resolve complex issues with premium appliances. Your expertise will ensure customer satisfaction whether resolving issues remotely or coordinating seamless on-site technician visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline customer support via inbound phone and email addressing inquiries related to product usage troubleshooting and service needs.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting for appliance issues guiding customers through solutions.
  • Assist customers with finding and ordering spare parts.
  • Arrange and coordinate service appointments with a leading home-appliances brand technicians.
  • Deliver advanced technical support and remote assistance using tools such as video calls and remote diagnostic software.
  • Identify and resolve faults in premium appliances ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Coordinate seamless on-site technician visits when remote solutions are not feasible ensuring customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For

  • Native-level or C1 proficiency in Dutch.
  • B2 proficiency in English (for training purposes).
  • For Customer Care & Technical Support roles previous experience is preferred but not strictly required.
  • For a leading home-appliances brand Remote Assistance roles a minimum of 6 months of experience as a Contact
  • Center Agent preferably with the a leading home-appliances brand account is required.
  • Relatively advanced PC knowledge.
  • Basic general technical and mechanical knowledge.
