About the Position
Join our client, a leading European fashion and beauty retailer, as a Swedish-Speaking Customer Service Agent.
In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly support via phone and email. You will assist customers with product orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and complaints while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
You will receive comprehensive training to help you become confident in the role and develop your customer service expertise.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding product orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Assist customers with missing parcel cases and delivery-related concerns.
- Manage return processes and article reclamations.
- Handle price discount requests and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service.
- Work effectively during seasonal peaks and high-volume periods.
- Follow established quality and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Native-level or fluent Swedish proficiency.
- C1 level proficiency in English for training purposes.
- No previous experience required.
- Experience in retail or e-commerce is considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good PC skills and confidence using common software.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to remain professional under pressure.
