Danish-Speaking Customer Service Agent Location: Thessaloniki, Greece Work Model: On-site Languages: Danish & English Schedule: Monday–Friday, including occasional weekends Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 10:00 and 21:30 About the Role We are looking for Danish-speaking professionals to join a customer service team supporting customers of a leading streaming platform. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support through phone and chat . You will assist with billing, subscriptions, account management, technical issues, and content-related questions while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone and chat Assist with billing issues, including payment failures, cancellations, and refunds Handle subscription-related questions, including account status, login issues, sign-ups, and account security Troubleshoot technical issues such as streaming errors, app crashes, buffering, and device compatibility Answer questions regarding content availability, subtitles, audio options, and content requests Assist customers with promotional codes and partnership offers Understand customers' reasons for potential cancellations and provide appropriate solutions Potentially support customer inquiries through social media and email channels Handle customer interactions from start to finish while maintaining high service standards Requirements Fluent/native-level Danish — C1 or higher English: B2 level for internal communication and knowledge-base access Strong written communication skills, particularly for chat and email Good PC and software navigation skills Excellent multitasking abilities Strong customer-focused approach Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required Interest in streaming and entertainment content is an advantage What's Offered Comprehensive onboarding and training 7-day client onboarding 8 days of product training 12-day nesting period before fully taking on the role Continuous learning and development opportunities International and multicultural working environment Structured performance development based on customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and quality standards Important The role operates within a 7-day customer service environment , so late shifts and occasional weekend work may be required, particularly during seasonal peaks.
