CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Italian-speaking Customer Support Experts for a major global logistics and shipping account. In this role, you will assist customers via phone, email, and back-office channels, supporting them with deliveries, shipment tracking, billing, claims, technical enquiries, and other logistics-related requests.
Day to day that means provide professional customer support via phone, email, and back-office channels, assist customers with package pickup and delivery requests, support customers with shipment tracking and trace enquiries, handle basic and more complex claims-related requests, assist with billing, invoices, and pricing enquiries, provide first-level technical support for customer-facing systems, and support customers with account setup, onboarding, and general service questions.
