Day to day that means closerHire is partnering with a major, european financial institution to recruit dedicated and service-oriented Customer, advisors. This is an exciting opportunity to support one of Germany’s leading banks by assisting private and business clients with their inquiries. If you are fluent in German and looking for a hybrid role in Athens, this position offers long-term development in a secure and reputable sector. As a Customer, advisor, you will handle inbound calls and assist customers with a range of banking-related inquiries. You will identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and maintain professionalism in every interaction. Key, responsibilities : Manage incoming calls and provide clear, efficient support, identify and assess customer needs to deliver appropriate solutions, and build trusted relationships through effective communication.
You also get hybrid work model: 30% of working time spent on-site in Athens (remote work not fully supported), full-time: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (or part-time options available), private health & life insurance from day one (including dental and vision care), daily cash bonus for hybrid/office work: €3 net/day (first year), €6 net/day (after 12 months), welcome bonus: €100/month for the first 12 months, performance bonus: up to 10% based on KPIs, anniversary bonus: €500, and free access to company gym.
