Key Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, and videos) to ensure platform safety and community compliance. Handle user safety reports with efficiency, accuracy, and sound judgment. Provide user support across multiple communication channels, including chat, email, and calls. Assist with data evaluation to help improve and train AI systems. Handle sensitive, complex, or emotionally challenging material with resilience and professionalism. Requirements Language Proficiency: Fluent or Native Portuguese (C1 level minimum) and strong English skills (B2/C1 level). Experience: 1–3 years of experience in BPO, customer support, or content moderation is preferred. Technical Skills: Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with a minimum of 85% accuracy. Core Competencies: Strong decision-making abilities, attention to detail, and emotional resilience when managing sensitive content.
