About Cardom

Cardom is a used-car marketplace joint venture between Avis Greece and Skroutz, combining Avis's fleet and operational expertise with Skroutz's marketplace and technology reach. We're growing fast and looking for a customer service professional to join our small, high-impact support team.

You'll be one of our frontline customer service agents, supporting car buyers, sellers, and private individuals across the full Cardom journey, by phone and email, from first inquiry through to after-sales. You'll join a lean team, so this is a role with real ownership and visibility from day one, including during high-volume periods like promotional campaigns.

🎯 Your Mission:

• Provide phone support, answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, covering listings, transactions, financing, and general inquiries
• Provide email support, respond to customer inquiries and follow-ups through our support inbox with the same quality and turnaround as phone
• Proactively call back customers who couldn't be reached the first time, so no inquiry goes unanswered
• Handle after-sales support, resolve post-purchase questions and issues to keep customers satisfied after the transaction closes
• Track and process orders, monitor order status end-to-end and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle inspection appointments for privately-owned cars listed on the platform, working with both the seller and the inspection team to keep things on schedule
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors on availability, timelines, and issue resolution
• Log and track all customer interactions accurately in our systems for reporting and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues end-to-end
• Help maintain service quality during peak periods (promotions, seasonal spikes) alongside the rest of the team
• Flag recurring customer pain points to help improve the platform and processes

Requirements

🌟 What Spells Success: Your Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or a similar customer-facing role
• Excellent phone and written communication, clear, patient, and solutions-oriented across both channels
• Comfortable juggling multiple workflows, support tickets, order tracking, and appointment scheduling without dropping the ball
• Fluent Greek; working English is a plus (platform and internal tools are partly English-language)
• Comfortable with basic CRM/telephony systems and process-driven ways of working
• Able to stay organized and calm during high call/email volumes
• A team player who's happy to pitch in wherever needed in a small, fast-moving company

Nice to Have:

• Experience in automotive, marketplace, or e-commerce customer support
• Knowledge of or enthusiasm for the car industry
