Do you want to work as a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support or Technical Support Specialist in Greece? Would you like to build an international career while enjoying life in the Mediterranean? Our client is looking for motivated Portuguese speakers to join their growing support teams in Greece.In this role, you will support users of a well-known international service in either a customer support or technical support function. With diverse international teams across multiple countries, they support leading global brands in a dynamic, inclusive, and professional work environment.What will you do?Support Portuguese-speaking customers via phone and/or chatHandle customer support and technical support inquiries depending on team assignmentAssist with account management, billing questions, and service-related issuesProvide basic technical troubleshooting for applications, software functionality, and connectivityGuide users through websites and applications and explain available featuresDeliver accurate, real-time solutions while ensuring high customer satisfactionCommunicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
Requirements
Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spokenPrevious experience in customer support, technical support, or service-related roles is an advantageStrong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindsetMotivated, reliable, and eager to learnWilling to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultureComfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
