What youll do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and business advertisers across multiple communication channels
- Manage both inbound leads and outbound sales opportunities
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions
- Support clients in launching managing and optimizing their advertising campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively provide recommendations to improve results
- Deliver consultative sales by understanding client objectives and business needs
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide the best possible customer experience
- Manage your portfolio of business clients while consistently achieving sales targets
- Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and platform developments
What were looking for
- Native-level fluency in Italian
- Very good command of English
- Previous experience in B2B sales or a target-driven sales environment
- Strong interest in digital marketing and online advertising
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a portfolio of business clients independently
- Results-driven mindset with confidence in achieving sales targets
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid full-time work authorization for Greece
